A Total Turnkey Package

The total cost of opening a 241 Pizza® restaurant is typically in the range of $160,000.00 to $183,000.00 (This excludes rental, inventory, other security deposits, working capital, and applicable taxes).

A large portion of the cost may be financed, although we recommend cash investments of at least 30%.

The "Turnkey" cost includes Franchise Fee, restaurant design, equipment, leasehold improvements, signage, small wares, construction and a start up inventory of uniforms.

Franchisees will be required to provide working capital for items such as, but not limited to, rent and utility deposits.
